Tools and Materials
- A pressed wood blank letter rack
- Light blue latex paint
- Paintbrush
- Pink and puff paint
- Floral and decoupage scraps
- Scissors or craft knife
- Cutting mat
- Home tape and glue
- Blue satin ribbon roses
Step Number 1 Paint the letter rack with the light blue point do two or three quotes to give a smooth and even finish. If after the second coat it looks lumpy sand it down lightly before doing the third coat. Pierce the top of the puff paint tube with the pin and carefully pipe the paint around the inside of all four the hearts pipe dots around the centre of the two hearts that will not have decoupage around them.
