How to Fold a Paper Pirate Hat?
Step Number 1 Fold in half top to bottom.
Step Number 2 Fold in half, left to right unfold.
Step Number 3 Fold corners E and F to the center crease. F is shown already folded.
Step Number 4 Fold up edge AB along a crease that runs along the bottom of triangles E and F, and similarly, fold up CD behind.
Step Number 5 This make s a simple though rather large a fluffy hat.
STEP NUMBER 6 Hold as shown at H and I. Pull H and apart so that J and K come towards each other.
STEP NUMBER 7 This makes a diamond shape. Tuck D behind B to flatten the front. Repeat behind, tucking A under C.
STEP NUMBER 8 Fold K up to Land behind fold J to L.
STEP NUMBER 9 It should look like this.
STEP NUMBER 10 As you did in Step 6, open up the bottom to form the Pirate’s Hat. To make the Pirate’s Shirt, bring H and I together by pulling M and N apart, as in Steps 6-7.
STEP NUMBER 11 Hold K and J and pull them away from L
STEP NUMBER 12 Like this continues to pull until step 13 is made.
STEP NUMBER 13 Could this be a pirate ship? Tear off J, K, and L as shown. Carefully, completely unfold
the remainder of the ship.
STEP NUMBER 14 And here we have Pirate’s Shirt.
